How these are built:

Starting with the OEM dimensions, Braille uses the maximum allowable space to define the constraints of a new exhuast using factory mounting points. After testing mulitple designs configurations for the BMW E46 M3 Model, one final variant is put into production. The final model reflects a passion for exotic sounds, lightweight design and appearance that is a work of art!

These exhausts are each hand built to Braille's exceedingly high quality standards. Long Curves in the System are mendral bent. Every tight curve in the Braille exhaust is achieved by painstakeningly cutting pie shaped pieces from one long drawn Titanium tube, then welded to create curves maximizing strength and increasing appearance. The mufflers are selected to maximize flow and provide a unique sound that is usable for steet or track. Loud enough to enhance the factory sound, but not so load to attract unwanted attention. Once completed the exhaust is heat treated on its tips to give the signature Titanium look to this very exotic item.

Unlike other exhaust systems that rust over time, the Braille Titanium Exhausts do not rust, but get better looking with use. Once heated to racing temperature the Titanium alloy changes to shades from a deep purple to a light blue - simply awesome!
