We inspect every product before shipping, and insure that all packages are properly
protected with tape, bubble wrap, foam, etc. All products shipped is fully insured
with the product(s) invoiced value. Customers are provided with a tracking number for the shipment
once the products have been shipped.
We advise you to inspect your products at the presence of the shipper. All damage
claims must be reported to the shipping carrier, but we will assist you
the best we can. EDO Performance is NOT responsible for the outcome of the claims.
In the rare case of lost shipment, Customer must make the necessary claim with the shipping carrier. Again, we will provide you with the best assistance possible. Replacement products will not be sent out until the claim is settled with the said shipping carrier.
