Qualifications
- A full time business in the automotive industry
- Photo copy of current Business License
- Photo copy of Sales Tax Permit
- You may be required to provide a Photo Copy or Proof of the following: Business Card, Canceled Check, Photo of store front, Proof of company promotion (National or Local Ad), Yellow Page Listing
- Completed EDO Performance Wholesale application.
Opening Requirements
Buy-In is to be determined based on business qualification and be Pre-Paid. NO EXCEPTIONS .
Method of Payment
All new accounts will be set-up as a cash account for the first year. During the first year the following payment options will be accepted:
- Pre-Paid : Cash for local pick-up, Money Order, Cashiers or Bank Check or Credit Card** (Credit Card acceptance form must be filled out)
- C.O.D. Shipment : Shipments will be sent Secured Funds Only. NO EXCEPTIONS . Money Order, Cashiers or Bank Check. Company Check upon credit check approval after the first year. ($25.00 fee for all NSF Checks) All subsequent orders will be sent Secured Funds or Pre-Paid.
* Exceptions may be made upon management's discretion.

Drop Shipments
All Drop Shipments MUST be E-mailed or Faxed with the following information prior to shipment.
- Complete Name
- Address
- Contact phone number
- Part number of items being shipped
All orders must be pre-paid in full prior to shipping. No drop ship charges will be imposed with the exception of any Manufacture Drop Ship Fees.
Special Orders
Special Orders may require a Deposit or Full Payment prior to ordering. Once a Special Order is place they are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-CANCELABLE . NO EXCEPTIONS . Special Orders may also include extra shipping charges.
Return Policy
No Returns after 30days with the exception of Manufacturer Warranty. No returns on Special Order items or Discontinued Products or Electronics re: Turbo Timers, Boost Controllers, Computers, ETC. All returns must be completed using the RMA form. RMA forms can be downloaded form http://www.edoperformance.com/RMA.pdf. A Return Authorization Form must be filled out and approved prior to shipping. Product must be sent PRE-PAID and Insured with RA# printed CLEARLY on the outside of the box. Returned products WILL be refused if an RMA# is not on the box.
Warranties
Warranty claims may take as long as 60 days. EDO Performance will not issue any credit until the Manufacture receives, inspects and verifies that the product is defective. ONLY then will credit be issued. Shipping is NOT covered under warranty. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All warranty Claims MUST have a completed RA Request Form. Warranty will not cover customer abuse, incorrect application, or negligence.
Restocking Fee
All returned items must be in Re-sellable conditions and will be charged a 20% Restock Fee.
Refused Orders
All Returned/Refused Shipments Will be charged a $25.00 Handling Fee and all Freight Charges.
Damage Claims
All merchandise is packed carefully and above shipping requirements before leaving the warehouse. Damage shipments MUST be checked while in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged or loss goods must be made with the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons and packaging materials for the carrier inspection. Edo Performance will NOT initiate any claims with the carrier. We will help with the claim by providing tracking numbers and any paperwork related to the claim.
Short Shipment Claim
Any incorrectly shipped item or shipping shortages must be reported to EDO Performance immediately. No claims will be honored past 72 hours after the customer has received the merchandise.
