Motul makes some of the best oils you can buy and this is no exception. I bought this for my WRX. The stock oil for the Subaru is 5w30 but everybody knows that these cars need a heavier oil such as 5w40. The Subaru owners manual even says that the lightest oil 'allowed' is 5w30. The heavier oil is definitely a good investment to maintain the turbocharged engine. If you don't have the money for the Motul racing oils then you should definitely buy this.
