PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The complimentary element of our Staged Suspension Packages, the WORKS Croxx Plate II and WORKS Rear Strut Tower Brace enhance our SS-1 through SS-4 components by increasing overall structural rigidity.
The WORKS aluminum Croxx Plate II replaces the two marginal factory front cross bars by combining them into one solid structural member to further stiffen the chassis and prevent unwanted suspension deflection. Since all five mounting points of both bars are secured to one single plane, the Croxx Plate II will sharpen the steering, make the car feel more solid, and reduce understeer. For those of you out there taking your EVOs to extremes, it acts a skid plate to prevent damage to undercarriage components from stones, road debris, and the occasional hard landing after becoming airborne. Mounting hardware and simple installation instructions included.
The WORKS Rear Strut Tower Brace incorporates the OEM mounting locations and increases the torsional rigidity of the chassis by reducing body flex in the rear end. Improve chassis rigidity even more by adding the optional WORKS Drop Bars. These bars (combined with the Mitsubishi RS Trunk Bar) form a multi-point cage for the ultimate in bracing. Features brushed anodized finish with machined WORKS logo and coated hardware. Includes tool kit and installation instructions.
